An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 3, 2021

This program, instructed by Plank Pilates Owner and ASFA Certified Fitness Instructor Marlana Betesh, combines the benefits of both Pilates and Nutrition.

  • A Pilates-HIIT Blend — aiming to burn fat and body sculpt with a dynamic mixture of classic Pilates and modern inspired Pilates exercises.
  • BYOB (bring your own bottle) for a provided post workout shake.
  • Bring a Mat and Sneakers.

Locations: We couldn’t pick just one beautiful park. This program alternates between Lone Lane and Grange Park!

  • July 20th- Grange Park Pavilion #4
  • July 27- Lone Lane Park Pavilion
  • August 3rd- Grange Park Pavilion #4
