Women’s Wellness Event @ Tower Place

Make time for you during Women’s Health Month and join us for our Women’s Wellness Night on May 14th from 5:30–7:30 p.m. During this event, you’ll get the opportunity to explore the Women’s Health Center at Tower Place – the region’s first-of-its-kind center dedicated exclusively to women – while enjoying an evening full of simple, inspiring ways to support your health through interactive experiences, such as:

• Healthy cooking demonstrations by Sodexo and the Women’s Heart and Vascular Center
• Glow-and-go facials from LVPG Esthetics
• Grip strength testing with LVHN Fitness
• Mindfulness tips and guided sessions from the LVHN Center for Mindfulness

There will also be raffle prizes, refreshing mocktails, tasty snacks and more fun surprises.
