Meet Jamie! Jamie is a 33 year old mom of three kids earth side and one in heaven. She is a Lehigh Valley native who grew up in Forks Township and has lived in Nazareth for the last 10 years with her husband, kids and dogs.

Runner Alysia Montaño has a plethora of athletic accolades tied to her name: Three-time world champion. Seven-time U.S. National champion. Olympic bronze medalist. But Montaño is perhaps most well-known for running in the USA Nationals when she was 8 months pregnant.

Meet a Mom: Author Sara Shepard of Pretty Little Liars on her Newest Book for Kids!
Sara Shepard is best known as the author of the #1 New York Times bestselling book series Pretty Little Liars, which was turned into a television series starring Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale and Shay Mitchell. Recently, she has been writing a middle grade series, Penny Draws, the most recently of which released a few weeks ago—Penny Draws a Crush. The series follows a girl who draws to deal with anxiety—a character Sara says was inspired by her own two sons.
